So I have written the company 4 times already about this- so not sure if you are even reading your customer Service E-mails. Maybe this will get some different attention. Here is the e-mail I sent you:
Good morning.
I placed an order a few weeks ago, #28815 and when it was placed the delivery address was incorrect. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I called and spoke to someone to correct the address.
Needless to say, the order was STILL delivered to the wrong address.
I have sent multiple e-mails to the e-mail address listed above without any response at all.
So I just placed a second order to replace the original order which was delivered to the wrong address— order #29194.
I am pretty disappointed in your customer service - will not be placing another order.
That e-mail and multiple like it was sent weeks ago- no reply. My mother enjoyed the food I sent her last year from your company so I just re-ordered the entire thing, paying 2x.
The worst part of this issue is I think your fish is great. I place bulk orders to be sure I have it on hand. I am pretty annoyed with the entire thing so not going to be ordering again- there are other companies out there- and I am not thrilled to have to do that.
