Serving Size

12-14 OZ - per Person

Suggested Preparation: Sear and Roast

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite blend of herbs & spices.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high. Sear chops 1 minute per side and then roast in the oven 6 minutes on each side or to desired internal temperature.
