An Italian steakhouse and trattoria favorite, our veal chops have a light and delicate flavor that pairs perfectly with even the simplest of preparations and decadent sauces. Cook to medium temperature as reccomended by chefs.

A wonderful alternative to our steaks.

Serving Size

12-14 OZ - per Person

Suggested Preparation: Sear and Roast

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite blend of herbs & spices.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high. Sear chops 1 minute per side and then roast in the oven 6 minutes on each side or to desired internal temperature.

This is the third or fourth ordering of your ribbies. On more than one occasion, we were blessed with obvious (4) adjacent cuts.

This last prep was Roman style (per the recipe). A couple hours of marinade in red wine, olio, smashed garlic clove and a shitload of fresh Rosemary.

Seared on high charcoal heat.

Outstanding tenderness.

We also do a Saltimbuca, but not this time.
