Perfect size portion for one person delicious juicy piece of meat, better than going to a steakhous
Easy preparation and great for if you’re having more than one person over for dinner, each person can have their portion cooked to their desire

When we received the order the meat was defrosted. We had to cook it right away and it was tough and grizzly.
